Learn the history of California and see how God worked everything for good.

God protected the Christians in the Donnor party. You won't hear that today in our history books.  Also includes the California Constitution. This 4 page document ia a exact reproduction of the document. It still shows the ink dripped on the pages. Its signed by 45 members of the convention. 

Historical Programs - These programs below can be done at your location, or many groups come to Sactamento, and Bruce is your tour guide. You can book him for 1 to 3 days. Bruce takes groups to Sutter's Fort, Coloma, (the first gold discovery site), The State Capital,  The Gold Bug Mine, Old Town Sacramento, where the Pony Express ended, and the State Railroad Museum. You can also see Ronald & Nancy Reagan's former home here in Sacramento. They stayed here while he was Governor of California.

California History - Can be done at any site. 1840's costume w/flintlock rifle, furs, pelts, fire starting with flint & steel and much more.

Sutters Fort - Visit the great old fort and learn about Sutter and his times.

Visit the first gold discovery site (Coloma) See the town of Coloma and see the old church and school house and James Marshall monument. You can also pan for gold.

The Pony Express - Learn about the brave young men who rode for the Pony Express.  The 80 riders were given Bibles by the owner of the company. They rode like the wind across dangerous country. The adds that were run read, "Wanted, young , skinny, fellows, under 18, willing to risk death daily, "orphans perfered", apply at the Wells Fargo office.
